What Our Clients Have to Say

Prior to our contract with SBF Consultancy, JMA was a family-run business based in Dudley. We had a sustainable business, manageable as it was by our existing staff, without much chance for expansion due to our responsibilities handling every aspect of JMA’s function and management. We had several solid clients, with contracts that persist into the present day, that we were hoping to develop as well as leads generated by recommendations from our existing clients. However, we did not have much chance to pursue these leads without support for our existing staff. Our first recourse was to take out small virtual office and PA solutions based in Birmingham, to try and support the expansion we wanted to achieve and continue to strive for.

These services provided very limited benefits to JMA. They took messages and posts, including leads for potential business and requests from existing clients, then charged for the post to be passed along to us and relayed the messages as and when they chose. This cost JMA several contracts and damaged relations with existing clients, as this frustrated the existing clients and reduced our chances to attend potential contracts to provide quotes and secure the work. These reasons, and many more, are what led us to take out the services with SBF Consultancy.

 

JMA has expanded exponentially since beginning our contract with SBF Consultancy. Though we are still a family run business, SBF have provided a registered office based in Wolverhampton and an experienced, professional office team that has given me and my existing contract managers the freedom to expand our business. They have taken on responsibility for dealing with our inbound and outbound calls, sending out mailings and registering our new applicants and supporting our chosen candidates as well as communicating with clients and suppliers. Trusting these responsibilities to SBF has also given us the chance to reconcile and develop our client base as well as tendering for larger projects across the nation.

Their exemplary services have also given us the time and latitude to form a recruitment division to source our own candidates and to provide them for other roles. They were extremely supportive in our hiring of several experienced consultants, assisting with basic ID&V checks and carrying out several of the interviews for us. These consultants have received the same terrific level of support from the SBF team, enough that they have already brought several extremely profitable temporary and permanent contracts into JMA within less than one month. They have also supported our efforts in liaising with clients at networking events in the local area and in London, providing an exemplary professional image that has helped us when dealing with these clients.
